My account

Create a Tressé account

To create a Tressé account, simply:

1. Click on the icon at the top right of the screen

2. Once on the identification page, click on “Create my Account”

3. Enter your information

4. Validate


We recommend that you create an account in order to have access to the following benefits:


- Track your order

- Print your invoice

- Save your payment information

- Benefit from certain offers valid only for our customers with an account


Log in to my account

To connect to your Brassé account, click on the person icon at the top right of the home page of your computer or from your mobile on the menu.

Enter your email address and password then validate.


Change or add information

You can modify or add personal information in your “my account” space.


Delete my account

To delete your Tressé account, you can send us an email to the following address: serviceclient@tresse-paris.com. Do not hesitate to tell us the reason for your approach. Please note that you will no longer have access to your order history.

Receive the Braided Newsletter

If you would like to receive our newsletter to follow our news, go to the bottom of the main page of the website and enter your email address.

To order

To place an order on our site:

1. Select your items on the site and add them to your basket

2. Validate your basket

3. Select your delivery method

4. Enter your delivery address

5. Choose your payment method then enter your banking details


We recommend that you create a customer account so that you can track your order and view your invoices.

Once your order has been validated, you will be directed to a screen confirming that your order has been successfully recorded. A few moments later, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Any order placed before 12 p.m. will be processed the same day.

If you have chosen standard, express or relay point delivery, you will receive a shipping email within 2 working days. This period may, however, be extended during periods of commercial operations, outlet sales or sales. The shipping email will include the tracking number, depending on the delivery method chosen, which will allow you to track your package.

- Once your order has been validated, you will no longer be able to modify it, even if it has not yet been shipped.

- During special operations on site, preparation times may be extended. You will then be notified on the site.

Payment

Means of payment

We accept payments by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay) or PayPal or Klarna.

Bank card transactions on our website are perfectly secure. We benefit from an SSL certificate which guarantees the creation of payment pages and the confidentiality of your data. Your bank account is debited on the date of the order.

With each order, we offer to register your payment card, which will allow you to save time on your next order. Entering your cryptogram found on the back of your card will be enough to validate the payment. It will be deleted after each order and you will be asked again for each new order.

Delivery and order tracking

Any order placed before 12 p.m. will be processed the same day.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €250 in mainland France.
When you place an order on our site, you have the choice between several delivery methods:


• Standard delivery - France
Delivery within 2 working days.

Delivery costs are €8 for all orders under 250 euros in mainland France.

Your package will be delivered via Chronopost: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you in which your Chronopost tracking number will be indicated.

The delivery person will give you your item in exchange for a signature from 200 euros of purchase.


• Standard delivery - European Union

Delivery within 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery costs are €12.

Your package will be delivered via Chronopost: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you in which your Chronopost tracking number will be indicated.

The delivery person will give you your item in exchange for a signature from 200 euros of purchase.


Delivery to relay point - France
Delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery costs are €4 for all orders under 250 euros in mainland France.
Your package will be delivered to a Mondial Relay relay point: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you in which your Mondial Relay tracking number will be indicated.
To collect your order, you must go to the relay point with the order confirmation and an identity document. Your package will be available at the relay point for 14 days.


• International delivery
Delivery within 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination.
The costs are between €12 and €40, depending on the estimate in the basket once your address has been entered.
Your package will be delivered via Chronopost international.
When your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you in which your Chronopost tracking number will be indicated.
The delivery person will give you your item in exchange for a signature from 200 euros of purchase.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Only a new, unworn item in its original condition will be refunded or exchanged. The item must be returned in its original packaging or, failing that, in packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, accompanied by the garment label.

You can return your items to us up to 14 days after the date you received your package.

The entire amount paid for the item concerned will be refunded to the customer, with the exception of shipping costs where applicable.


A. To return to mainland France and the European Union:

1. You will need to register your return request via our returns interface or from your customer account. Select the part(s) you wish to return.

2. Once the return procedure is complete, you will find a prepaid postal label at the bottom of the page. This document will also be sent to you by email once your return request has been taken into account.

3. In your return package, place the item(s) to be returned and slip in the return slip.

4. Affix the return slip to your package.

5. Drop off your package at La Poste.


B. To make a return from International:

You will need to register your return request via our returns interface or from your customer account. Select the part(s) you wish to return.

Returns from International countries can only be returned by your own means to the following address without acknowledgment of receipt or signature:

Refunds:

Reimbursement is made without any additional steps, within 10 working days after receipt of your package by our warehouse. This time frame may be extended when we encounter a large number of customer service requests.

The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.

Trades :

If the size or model does not suit you, you can exchange your order for another item.

Using our returns interface, select the part(s) you wish to exchange. You can then exchange your item for the same item in another size and/or color or for an item of the same price (while stocks last).

After receipt of your package by our warehouse, we can proceed with the exchange. The exchange will be completed within 2 to 3 working days.


NB

If you decide to return your order by your own means, Tressé declines all responsibility regarding the package and cannot be held responsible in the event of loss.
