All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day.When you place an order on our website, you have the choice between several delivery methods:

  • Standard delivery

    Standard delivery within 2-3 working days.8€ delivery fee.Your parcel will be delivered via Colissimo: Once your order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your package is shipped (approximately 48 hours after order confirmation), an email will be sent to you with your Colissimo tracking number.

  • Express delivery

    Your package will be delivered via Chronopost: Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been validated, you will receive an email confirming your order and your Chronopost tracking number will be sent to you, in exchange for a signature.

  • Delivery in a relay point

    Your package will be delivered to a Mondial Relay point: Once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been validated, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your package is shipped, an email with your Mondial Relay tracking number will be sent to you. To pick up your order you must go to the relay point with the order confirmation and an ID. Your package will be available in the relay point for 14 days.

  • International delivery

    Delivery within 2 to 6 working days depending on the destination. The costs are between 12€ and 40€, depending on the estimate in the shopping cart once your address is filled in. Your package will be delivered via Colissimo international. When your package is shipped, an email with your Colissimo tracking number will be sent to you. The deliveryman will give you your article in exchange of a signature from 200 euros of purchase.

  • Free shipping

    The shipping costs are automatically offered from 200€ of order for France.

Returns

To make a free return from France:

  1. Go to the website to register your return request here

    Mention the product(s) you wish to return. This step is necessary to validate your request.

  2. You will then receive an email validating your return request.
  3. Put the product(s) to be returned in the package.
  4. Stick the prepaid mailing label provided in your order on his package.
  5. Drop off your package at the post office.

If you have lost your prepaid mailing label, we invite you to reissue it from your order tracking area of our website.Only new, unworn products in their original condition will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the garment label.You can return them up to 30 days after the delivery date of your parcel.You will be reimbursed without further action, within 6 working days of receipt of your parcel by our warehouse.The reimbursement will be made via the method of payment chosen for the order.For a return of an order whose total is less than 200€, the product will be reimbursed, shipping costs will remain at your expense.

  • If you decide to return your order by your own means, Tressé declines all responsibility for the package and cannot be held responsible for any loss.

  • For returns from the European Union, please contact our Customer Service department at service client@tresse-paris.com, so that they can provide you with a corresponding prepaid label.

  • For returns from all other countries, they are the responsibility of the customer and once again Tressé declines all responsibility for the package and cannot be held responsible for any loss.
