Our favorite spots in the Peloponnese
It is in this southern peninsula of Greece that we discovered another side of the country: wilder, more secret. The Peloponnese is a land of olive groves, warm stone, and crystalline seas, where nature meets history.
Between medieval villages, small coves, mountains, and tavernas shaded by fig trees, everything here is an invitation to admire and savor.

Monemvasia
Connected to the mainland by a narrow strip of land, this medieval town hidden behind a cliff is a world apart.

An omega-shaped beach on the west coast, in the Messenia region. A protected lagoon with turquoise waters, accessible on foot across sand dunes, just steps from the medieval castle and Nestor's Cave.
