Deliveries and returns
Deliveries:
Any order placed before 12 p.m. will be processed the same day.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €250 in mainland France.
When you place an order on our site, you have the choice between several delivery methods:
- Standard Colissimo delivery with signature - Metropolitan France
Delivery within 3 working days maximum. Delivery costs €8 for orders under €250 in mainland France. If the value of your basket exceeds 250 euros, delivery is free. Your parcel will be delivered via Colissimo: once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your Colissimo tracking number. The deliveryman will hand over your order in exchange for a signature. - Chronopost express delivery - Metropolitan France
Delivery within 2 working days maximum. Delivery costs €10 for all orders in metropolitan France. Your parcel will be delivered via Chronopost: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your Chronopost tracking number. - Delivery to relay points - Metropolitan France
Delivery within 3 to 6 working days on average. Delivery costs €4 for orders under €250 in mainland France. If the value of your basket exceeds 250 euros, delivery is free. Your parcel will be delivered to a Mondial Relay point: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your Mondial Relay tracking number. To collect your order, you'll need to go to the relay point with the code sent to you and proof of identity. Your parcel will be available at the relay point for 14 days. - UPS express delivery - European Union
Delivery within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery costs €15 for orders under €250 within the European Union. If the value of your basket exceeds 250 euros, delivery is free. Your parcel will be delivered via UPS: once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. When your package is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your UPS tracking number. - DHL Express Delivery - United States
Delivery within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery costs $40 for orders under $300. If your basket is over $300, delivery is free. Your parcel will be delivered via DHL: once your order has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. When your package is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your DHL tracking number. - DHL express delivery - United Kingdom
Delivery within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery costs £25 for orders under 250 pounds in the UK. If your basket is over 250 pounds, delivery is free. Your parcel will be delivered via DHL: once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your DHL tracking number. - International delivery
Delivery within 2 to 5 working days, depending on destination. Delivery costs range from €15 to €40, depending on the estimate in the shopping cart once your address has been entered. Your parcel will be delivered via DHL Express. When your package is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your DHL tracking number.
Please note: the currency may vary depending on the country of delivery.
Returns:
Only new, unworn items in their original condition will be refunded or exchanged. The item must be returned in its original packaging or, failing that, in packaging guaranteeing equivalent protection, accompanied by the garment label.
Items may be returned up to 14 days after receipt.
The full amount paid for the item in question will be refunded to the customer. Shipping costs will be refunded if your entire order is returned.
For returns outside the European Union, a deduction of 20€ / 20$ / 20£ will be applied depending on the country of return. This amount will be subtracted from the refund amount.
To return :
1. Register your return request via our returns interface or from your customer account. Select the part(s) you wish to return.
2. Once you have completed the returns procedure, you will find a prepaid mailing label at the bottom of the page. This document will also be e-mailed to you once your return request has been processed.
3. Place the item(s) to be returned in your return package.
4. Affix the return slip to your parcel. For international returns, also affix the customs documents on a visible side of the carton.
5. Drop off your parcel at your local post office.
Refunds:
Refunds are made without any further action, within 10 working days of receipt of your package by our warehouse. This period may be extended if we receive a large number of customer service requests.
The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.
The full amount paid for the item concerned will be refunded to the customer. Shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned.
For international returns, customs fees paid at the time of order will not be refunded.
For returns outside the European Union, a deduction of €20 / $20 / £20 will be applied depending on the country of return. This sum will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges:
If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size.
Using our returns interface, select the part(s) you wish to exchange. You can then exchange your item for the same one in another size (subject to availability).
Once your parcel has been received by our warehouse, we can proceed with the exchange. The exchange will take place within 2 to 3 working days.

If you decide to return your order by your own means, Tressé declines all responsibility regarding the package and cannot be held responsible in the event of loss.
